Los clubes y equipos interesados deberán presentar sus solicitudes antes del próximo 9 de mayo.
Los clubes deportivos de Agüimes podrán solicitar, a partir de hoy y hasta el próximo 9 de mayo, la subvención municipal que cada año concede el Ayuntamiento para el fomento de la práctica deportiva federada. La convocatoria ha sido publicada este viernes en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Las Palmas.
El importe total de las ayudas asciende a 101.000 euros que, de acuerdo a las bases de la convocatoria, serán distribuidos porcentualmente entre las diferentes modalidades deportivas.
El 39% será destinado a clubes de fútbol, el 15% a lucha canaria, un 12% a fútbol sala, el 7,5 % a baloncesto, un 3,5% a artes marciales, el 4 % a voleibol y a otros deportes canarios y el 15% restante se destinará a disciplinas deportivas diferentes de las anteriores.
Para poder optar a las ayudas, las entidades interesadas deberán presentar, junto a la instancia general de solicitud de subvención, la documentación justificativa del número de licencias federativas tramitadas durante la presente temporada, el proyecto para el que solicita subvención, el presupuesto de ingresos y gastos de la actividad, los estatutos de la entidad y la certificación acreditativa de sus representantes legales, así como la documentación de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias.
Con esta convocatoria de subvenciones el Ayuntamiento de Agüimes tiene como objetivo apoyar la labor que realizan las entidades deportivas en beneficio de la población. Los clubes proporcionan el entorno adecuado para practicar deporte, tanto a nivel de enseñanza como de competición. Son también promotores de hábitos de vida saludables y dinamizadores de los diferentes núcleos de población del municipio, lo que les convierte en organizaciones de utilidad pública e interés social.
En la última convocatoria de 2021 se acogieron a estas subvenciones 24 entidades deportivas, que representaban a unas 1.600 licencias federativas y cerca de 90 equipos de competición en diferentes categorías de edad.
